3-hours of face-to-face evaluation including 2 hours with Dr. Buchanan, PhD for a diagnostic interview and feedback session and 1 hour of memory-based neurocognitive testing with our licensed speech language pathologist, Carrie Murdick, CCC-SLP. Patient is also provided a thorough and detailed neuropsychological report with the patient's background information, test results, interpretation, diagnoses and recommendations. 

Full payment made up-front on the day of appointment is offered at a discounted total amount of $800.

Payment Plan Option:

Total Cost (Including the Upfront Cost): $920

    - Upfront payment due at the time of appointment: $120

    - Payment Over 4 Months: Remaining $800 will be eligible for your payment plan through     

       iVitaFi/Ameris Bank.

5-6 hours of face-to-face evaluation including 2-3 hours with Dr. Buchanan, PhD for a diagnostic interview and feedback session and 3 hours of comprehensive neurocognitive testing with our licensed speech language pathologist, Carrie Murdick, CCC-SLP. Patient is also provided a thorough and detailed neuropsychological report with the patient's background information, test results, interpretation, diagnoses and recommendations. 

Full payment made up-front on the day of appointment is offered at a discounted total amount of $2500.

Payment Plan Option:

Total Cost (Including the Upfront Cost): $2,875

    - Upfront payment due at the time of appointment: $375

    - Payment Over 4 Months: Remaining $2500 will be eligible for your payment plan through     

       iVitaFi/Ameris Bank.

 After your initial payment of $120 or $375, you can pay at 0% interest, with no credit check and no transaction fees. Depending on your application, your plan can stretch payments across as many as 36 months!
