Unlike rushed evaluations elsewhere, we take the time to deliver thorough, personalized assessments—because you deserve to not just get a diagnosis, but you deserve to truly understand the diagnosis and treatment plan that is unique to you.
In order to do so, we spend hours with you (and most times, your family member(s) completing a diagnostic interview, neuropsychological testing, and going over the findings in a lengthy feedback session to ensure an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan is identified.
At Dallas Neuropsychology, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality care-without the financial surprises that often come with insurance. After carefully assessing insurance coverage, we have found that many payers fall short in covering essential services, which is why we have made the difficult decision to no longer accept insurances, except for Traditional Medicare.
We understand that financial times are difficult in our current economic state. We also know our patients in the past were surprised with high bills when we used their insurance “benefits” due to constant changes made by these companies and due to the lengthy assessments and reports we provide. Our goal is to provide a quality and personal service to our patients without the constraints of these insurance companies and without the uncertainty of cost to our patients.
So here’s the good news. We are excited to introduce flexible payment plan options to make your care more accessible and manageable! A neuropsychological evaluation is not something completed often; therefore, paying it out over time can be an easier option. To be eligible for the payment plan, you must make at least $24,000 a year and have an email address (or someone you trust must have an email address you can use). We will send you an email to give you access to our portal where you will determine what personal payment option is available for you.
