Dr. Buchanan is currently accepting patients in need of neuropsychological evaluations to aid in diagnosis and treatment recommendations for individuals with adult ADHD/Autism, learning disabilities, dementia/neurodegenerative disease, neurocognitive injuries or diseases, or psychological diagnostic evaluations (i.e. surgical, bariatric, court-mandated, or physician/psychiatrist-requested). 

Carrie Murdick is also accepting new patients. She provides out-patient speech therapy/cognitive rehabilitation services for adults. 

Unfortunately, we are not accepting any patients under18 years old at this time. We also do not provide counseling services or medication prescription services.

Dallas Neuropsychology, PLLC accepts most major insurances, including Traditional Medicare. Though Dr. Buchanan may be listed as a provider for your insurance, she is credentialed with only certain insurances for the DNP Rockwall office location. She is credentialed with more insurances in order to serve all patients in the hospital at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville. We do offer a payment plan for self-pay patients through AfterPay (ask for details). We can also provide an itemized invoice to be used for the patient to initiate reimbursement through their insurance provider. We cannot promise insurance will cover any services; however, we do provide insurance eligibity checks prior to scheduling. 

Also, if you have an HMO, you MUST ask your PCP to initiate a request for a pre-authorization approval number prior to scheduling an appointment. We cannot initiate this request, and your insurance will not reimburse for the evaluation without a pre-authorization approval. 

Neuropsychology evaluations are not short appointments and produce lengthy reports; therefore, we do not want our patients left with surprise out-of-pocket expenses. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns.
